Your company recently installed new, dual-pane windows in our home. Dee Dee worked with me to identify the best product and settled the price and installation dates. Mike and Kelly came the first day of installation; Junior joined the team on the second day.

Employers usually only hear about their employees when there’s a complaint. This time you’re hearing about customers who are delighted not only with the product, but also with Dee Dee and with the team who spent two days in our home.

Dee Dee is professional, informative, responds quickly to information requests, and has a great telephone presence. I know her socially as well, and her “in person” personality transfers very well over the phone and via email. Excellent choice when you hired her!

The installation team members were a perfect combination of professional, personable, humorous, and very efficient. While there was usually a quiet banter going on among them, their productivity didn’t miss a beat. It took them about 30 seconds to conclude that we also had good senses of humor, so we were included at appropriate points. With the exception of the necessary hammering, the men worked quietly and respected our home as their home, or even better.

You’ve done an excellent job selecting the right people to represent your company. We recommend making sure you hang on to them.

I used to go to Acme Glass back when Scott's old man was running the company in the 70's. I've always been treated like family there, and though I've never replaced all my windows, they have helped me out with lots of little glass, window and door projects that I've had over the years. I think they are the only full servce glass shop in the area, and even if they aren't, I wouldn't go anywhere else anyway. I highly recommend giving them a call. Geezer
